4. Contact List Support
Do you use contact lists? Great news—SendGuard now recognizes these as external recipients and displays them as @DistributionList in the SendConfirm prompt. This is perfect for large teams and organizations that rely on group communication.
5. UI Updates for SendConfirm
A fresh new look!
We’ve updated the SendConfirm interface to enhance user experience. The refreshed design supports multiple recipients and attachments, integrates branding policies, and makes every email feel professional and polished.
6. Improved Settings Caching
Tired of constant server connections slowing you down?
SendGuard now caches enterprise settings for up to four hours, reducing latency and making your email workflow seamless and efficient.
7. Audit Logging for Greater Transparency
Transparency is key in today’s digital world. Our new audit logging feature tracks all major actions within the portal, including subscription changes and user updates.
IT admins can now easily access this information under “View Change History” for improved accountability.
