Question: I am having an issue using EmailMerge PRO in that when I send the emails each email address is listed twice in the TO field when it’s sent (I’ve tried both using .xls and .csv for my list format.. I’m also using Outlook 2010 on Microsoft Exchange). Therefore when my clients get their personalized emails they see their email address twice in the TO field. Can anyone please help me? I’ll pay for support–I love this add-in!
